But regardless, it’s been a great day so far :) I’m all done with classes, and super excited to start studying. My professors are awesome, and one is a complete g (even though he gave me a hard time for eating with my left hand). He’s gotten me super interested in the Middle East, and I would definitely like to visit someday. Hmm….maybe study abroad? I know I know, it’s dangerous at this time -but it’s time to spice up my life. Not by almost getting killed, but by trying new things.
I was practicing throwing yesterday with these two girls who played Ultimate Frisbee in the Junior Olympics, and apparently I learned how to do some throws faster then they have seen before. I thought they were just being nice, but they now really want me to try out, so who knows, I may play some Ultimate this year. I’m definitely checking out the mountain biking, fencing, jui jitsu, and Japanese drumming clubs as well. We’ll see which ones I stick with. If I can, I’d love to do them all, but my Global Oregon FIG classes keep me really occupied.
OH. AND I’M TAKING A KICKBOXING CLASS EVERY FRIDAY. WHATTUP.
Even better? I got invited by my F.A. to play on her soccer team, “The Multiple Scoregasms”. Pretty intense stuff right there.
Anywhoo, hoping to Skype/catch up with some buddies soon, and that always gives me a happy boost :) I hope everyone is well and enjoying their school experiences also! Can’t wait to exchange stories with all my homies :)
